Maybe its not your time, dont rush it. Just try to flow with the suffering and you will come to the moment naturally. Just one day you will prepare it as natural as you prepare a meal. I live in a 15th floor and every day I feel less and less afraid of jumping, not my method in mind tho, but the idea of leave is there. I prefer to take a leap to reach freedom than agony.

I would ask God why I was given the things I was given in life (bipolar disorder, sexual violence trauma, domestic violence, narcissistic parent, early childhood abuse) and ask if these were really "lessons" that were supposed to help me grow into some greater purpose to serve others? (a meaning I sort of forced myself to believe as a way to cope) or whether this is the karmic result of past injustices committed on my part that I am enduring as some kind of debt repayment

Your right about that, last month I tried to hang myself with my sheets, twice and didn't work because I tried to rush it. I guess I have to wait to my breaking point, let the pain of living nullified my fear of dying.
