• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Title says it, but I'd personally choose Simone Weils, I have a lot of questions about her philosophy I need answered.

Jesus Christ. I'd like to ask him some questions and understand if there's any truth to his teachings.

I want to meet the person who created the first complete coherent language. One with nouns, adjectives and verbs

Also the rough estimate of the word "no" and "understand" must exist

Any ancient egyptian pharaoh. There's so much ancient egyptian history and culture that got erased after the colonisation and downfall of ancient egypt. There are lots of things pointing towards the ancient egyptians having more knowledge than us about how the world/universe works or possibly being more advanced than us in ways we possibly can't yet comprehend.

I saw this thread and was like same~ xD If He's not available, then maybe someone with a lot of wisdom like Thomas Aquinas then? tbh, I kinda have like individual questions more than anything for historical figures other than Jesus (who can answer all of them), so it makes it hard to choose! xD

that gif of him is actually pretty kyute~ >w<

Marie Curie, I'd just want to talk and maybe get her to be more pushy and assertive, maybe if we had more women as scientists and chemists in general we'd be better off today, it couldn't be worse. It's probably the best idea since it's so close to our society, she is extremely smart so she'd understand the position she is in and that after 2 Nobel prizes she has a lot of vocal power in the world. Maybe, just maybe we'd live in a different world if the good people pushed back against the oppressors, she did lead by example but not many women took her example out of fear , even if they wouldn't be able too, just knowing that THEY COULD would surely push us further, it would have to.
Obviously , I'd tell her about the radiation caused by her use of Radium and Polonium in her experiments which would lead her to avoid dying via anaemia and live more. And also maybe bring one or two modern science/chemistry books to have her "cheat" a bit , wouldn't hurt having an already excellent mind be more excellent would it?

Unfortunately I don't have a time machine.

I think I'd choose my granddad. I suppose I did technically meet him already but he died when I was young and I've always heard I'm a lot like him, which I'd like to see for myself.

Wittgenstein I think. Or Dostoevskij.
Both of them would find me insufferable I think but I'd still like to try to have a conversation with them lol
