I'm not an electrician but isn't this something most countries enforce GFCI/RCDs or circuit breakers in general for? You would need to deliberately bypass it, making it obvious it's not an accident.
I personally believe causing a car crash is the easiest way to make it look like an accident.

There is no need for a electrical manipulation here. In case of you are isolated against ground. Than the savety device is not able to work proper.
