If nobody cares about me, then I shouldn't care about anybody

Nobody really cares about others. Behind every help, there is an interest. That interest can be fame, money, or just self-fulfillment.

Some tried to help, but all abandoned me when they realized that I couldn't get out of the hole.

I was a goner and they just left me. Not just that, they
treat me with hate and disgust and will say it's all my fault. Even my parents treated me like that.
Society does not forgive those who cannot win.

I came to the conclusion that people only help each other when they have something to gain, which is exactly why I was left to suffer alone, as I had nothing else to offer.

Today I finally have something to offer, but it's slave labor I do 10 hours a day for a toxic boss who treats me like shit.

People were cold to me, and I think it's fair to return the favor - I'll be cold to all of them. Honestly, if I could ruin everyone's life to improve mine I would do it without a second thought because all people do it all the time, constantly ignoring others and taking advantage of others to avoid their own suffering.

I don't blame them for being selfish like that because this is the only meaning of life - to avoid suffering until you die.

I'm sorry you've had experiences with being abandoned, it really hurts especially when those who leave say things like they wouldn't or you're important to them. Your work sounds exhausting. I liked your thought that the meaning of life is to avoid suffering until we die. I can't say I agree with everything you wrote but I can't ever experience what you have and I'm sorry you've had such a painful experience in life so far. I think we all deserve compassion and to find happiness, though such isn't the reality. Best wishes whatever you decide to do.

People really are so selfish and they only care when it directly affects themselves. That is just the way that people are. Some people really are so cruel and that is why I would rather avoid people. I think that it is impossible to avoid suffering in this life, to me that seems to be all of what life is, we are born, we suffer, we die. Life is so pointless and unnecessary but at the same time so depressing. I wish you the best.

Unfortunately, I think you're right. People, all of them (yes, I'm included) are arseholes, with the only thing needing clarification is exactly when they choose to reveal their arseholery. There's no escaping it, ever.

The worst is when you think you're among people that are somewhat like you, only to discover they're the biggest arseholes of the lot. I wish I had an answer, obviously I don't.

Yes people are selfish, an ignorance creatures, it's true that most are helping just for something they want, but that's doesn't always mean they are bad because this what humans built with, what truly important is whether these peoples will still care and help you after your ultimate fall, though so many peoples ruined my happiness and i always think i need revenge from them, but i don't because hate only bringing hate, i just instead "forget them" but what i realized that after my fall so much delusions vanished and now i seen the truth of myself and others who surrend me, with all the hate going in world i prefer to spread kindness even if that would lead to my ctb. it's a sick loop that need to break

Sorry you've had bad experiences with people. However I think this is an Oversimplistic view of the world. Just because the people you have dealt with are selfish doesn't mean everyone is. In my experience in life I have met lots of people who have done extremely courageous acts including giving up their lives to save people.
