I was thinking once lower and middle class types start dying out, there wouldn't be as many resources left for the blessed people higher up, so then the domino effect would make it's way up.

I'm pretty dumb though, so that's why I'm wondering what everyone else thinks.

I wouldn't be surprised, I'd see it as for the best that this harmful species goes extinct so that no human has to suffer ever again. Allowing Nembutal and sarco would be such a relief though, even if the species doesn't go extinct it'd prevent so much unnecessary suffering. If all humans the option of such a peaceful exit would be the compassionate and rational outcome.

No. If people were allowed to leave when they wanted, there would be less of a strain on shared resources. Still, I think only a small percentage would opt to go. Most people have some connections to keep them content enough to continue living for a while. If it became socially acceptable enough, I think a lot of older people would gladly say goodbye, since it can feel terrible to continue living when your loved ones are dead. I just wish this would happen soon!! There is no good reason why it has to be made so difficult do - and taboo to even discuss it. We're living in such a primitive time, we should have developed beyond superstitions by this point.

No, most people don't want to die.

The survey on this forum is proof that, precisely, if we facilitate access to a peaceful death, according to everyone's wishes, not all people will systematically try to die immediately!

It's even the opposite that will happen, because most people will tend to postpone their death, because they will be reassured by having this possible peaceful exit!

They will tell themselves that there may still be these things to experience, but that if the situation becomes complicated, there will always be access to a peaceful death at their request, at any time! Eventually, most people die a natural death!

In any case, it happens like this in all countries which have legalized easy and peaceful access to death, notably Switzerland and Canada!

Conversely, in all countries that want to force everyone to live absolutely, people tend to commit suicide, to request clandestine euthanasia, as quickly as possible, for fear of no longer being able to do it, and these deaths are not peaceful, see are violent!!!!

There are therefore more deaths in countries managed by pro-lifers, unlike countries managed by pro-choices!
