If I took 5mg SN as a test would I die?

i know its dumb. I am little...weigh under 100 lbs. But if i took 5mg or less as a test would i die? i would probably walk around after but worry about being saved by my family. i just wanna see how i would react to it? has anyone done this? do i need to wear a mask before using SN also? can you breathe it in?

Dont do this. It could kill you. But it could also likely make you very sick and survive. People have died from as little as 1 gram from case studies I have read.

Don't a lot want to know what it tastes like? I mean there's no way I could. there's no way I could stop from doing the 'right' amount.

@Kikoo Loool and @Carina, sure: Curiosity about the taste could be a reason; @saintives seems to have other things in mind but I'm not sure what.

"Sampling" it to see how your body reacts doesn't seem safe unless one is really ready to go, in which case taking less than the standard amount wouldn't make sense.

Due to the mode of action, a test would not be the best of ideas as other members have stated. The process of methemoglobinemia means your body doesn't get the oxygen it needs, and so taking a small amount would starve you of a little oxygen - could cause damage but is less likely to help you attain what I assume your end goal is.

If you want to test that it is legitimate, then I'd suggest testing it on blood. Your blood will turn what the literature describes as "chocolate brown" because of the way the hemoglobin "keeps hold of" the oxygen, in layman's terms - if it is SN.

If you sample it to see what the taste is like I'd recommend doing it with salt. It will be slightly unpleasant and will cause you a bit of discomfort, but assuming you're of relatively sound health it won't cause any lasting harm.
