To be honest, no one knows for sure. We're mainly just guessing only

To be safe, it's best to seek medical help. Maybe just try to make something up. Like you bought SN for preserving meat, you learned it from YouTube

But was careless, and placed the SN salt in similar looking containers as your regular salt or sugar, and forgot to properly label them, so accidentally consumed some of it while cooking

Then as soon as you started to feel nauseous, you realized something was wrong, so you Googled the symptoms, which is why you proceeded to seek medical help

i did plan thoroughly its just i dont have a lot of time before i move countries where their is no SN. I have everything to plan even tested the nitrite and it is pure using both a nitririte test kit and the blood method. However i just wanna know that the moral of this story if i puke i need to go to the hospital right?

Nobody can answer this question bc nobody knows how long after the ingestion you puke and the later you puke the more SN is already absorbed.
