Life is unfair and cruel, this shouldn't be a war between sufferers and instead should be more about understanding each other. There is nothing to gain when people start putting themselves against each other, this is not a competition or a war. Of course, any side of any variable has their own problems, and it's more than what one could imagine.
One of the biggest problems is how people divide themselves into labels which causes group-based behavior rather than mutual understanding and how they think the two sides of everything are always are the negation of each other and mutually exclusive which is a fallacy.
Think about this and from a different way, like "it's painful to suffer from X" rather than "I belong to the group of X". In the former, it's easier to understand and connect to the problem, however, the latter is problematic because it includes a whole group. The groups would always have different people and conflicts within themselves, in this case for example(reddit is an exemplary of toxicity), some ugly people would hurt other ugly people (and the same could be applied for beautiful or any other thing), and if they went to other subreddits and locations, new attacks from other groups/labels would happen. Also its clear how outside of this forum, every group has their own "prolifers", problematic people, etc. And this forum is one of the rare spaces to talk about any problem with ctb in my mind without being attacked or judged.
I think this place should be safe and understanding for everyone, we are not competing or attacking. Everyone has their own problems and suffering and it's understandable. Remember that what caused the problems for us are this life and other humans outside of the forum and we came here to escape from all of that.
That being said, I'm sorry people are suffering because of this superficial life. Humans are superficially visual and its sad how a game of looks hurts people to unbelievable and extreme degrees. Humans forget that there are people suffering inside regardless of how they look.
