Ideas for the possibility both N and SN become unobtainable?

N is contingent on one supplier who at any time could become unavailable and is already unaffordable to many even if he remains consistent and SN is becoming very difficult to find anyone that is willing to sell to a private buyer. Say both these dry up, what will people who still want a suicide by poisoning do? What other options will there be?

Plus they're even more illegal than N in most countries...

These are difficult too. Most online vendors for prescription medications are scams and it's nigh impossible to tell them apart. Aside from the one in the PPeH for Amitriptyline [though I'm not even certain you can trust that]. But they don't have any of that medication in the dosage listed. Buying more to compensate is very expensive.

The pharmacies that you find doing a search on the internet are scammers or are very expensive. Reliable sellers can be found. The problem is if the shipment has to pass customs. I live in the European Union and I have been able to buy amitriptyline within it (at $10 each box of 60x25 mg pills). The chloroquine with covid disappeared but it is seen again, although expensive. There are forums dedicated to the topic of online pharmacies, or the sale of drugs online, or bodybuilding and the sale of steroids, where you can find information about reliable sellers.

This scares me too. Failing N, it would be a tossup for me between inert gas asphyxiation and SN. So even if I couldn't get SN either, I'd try the gas. Failing that, I'd seriously consider hanging. Sure, it may be brutish, but it works for many people, it was my top method for years before finding SS, and having tried it before, I'm somewhat desensitized now to what it entails.
