I Wrote a Manual for Schizophrenics that May Have a Spiritual or Possession Element to their "Illness"

I am/was a diagnosed schizophrenic, and there was a spiritual element to my illness. Ghosts really like to gang up on one target, once one starts picking on you, every ghost in town finds out and it can be like a stadium in your head.

So I found out how to kill them, and because I don't know any other schizophrenics I wrote a book to deities on how to kill ghosts and other spiritual entities. Because deities are tired of ghost shit too. So this book technically isn't to schizophrenics or humans, its designed to be a book that you read to your spirit team so that they can take care of the problems for you. I am still very spiritual, but now it is much quieter and we get along very well.

Well, I got 90% of the way there and I stopped working on it. I seriously need to finish a couple paragraphs and write a conclusion but I haven't, and instead of letting it sit forever I thought anyone who hears mean voices might find one of the sections valuable. Here is the section on getting rid of 90% of the voices.

Remove ghosts: Picture the last cemetery you visited. Envision yourself there, imagine that the cemetery spreads across your room and through your house. If you have never been to a cemetery before, look up a picture online and imagine the cemetery surrounds you. This should not take any mental gymnastics, all you need is a photo or a memory.

Thats a pretty big repository with a ton of pages, don't worry about any of the other pages because they are all scratch notes, incomplete or incorrect thoughts, and I haven't looked at any of the other pages in two years. If you're interested, the meat of it is trying to teach deities to fight depression, what we call "the dark cloud." Most of it is done, aside from needing a big reorganization.

This is interesting. I've been through psychosis from bipolar and only experienced minimal hallucinations but there were a lot of things happening during that time were real that just don't make sense to me.

For example, the whole time I was in psychosis I was seeing dead animals A LOT where they were appearing on my block like crazy, all by my house, when that has never happened in my 21 years of living here, I was an outside kid I would know. A bird and squirrel hit my boyfriends car (fell from a large tree) and made it all bloody. I have the video still of it. There was also even a crow once that was dead on my block. That was weird because when I was in inpatient my boyfriend saw a crow that just stopped in front of his car and wouldn't move. I feel like that holds meaning because crows are spiritual messengers.

Also to mention, I left my house and went to the forest with my boyfriend and twice on different days we found dead animals near the trail. After we saw one dead animal there was a pack of deer who passed by on their trail they made.

My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy for still believing this stuff has meaning even outside of psychosis. What do you think about it though what was happening with that? Like I haven't seen any dead animals on my block since and haven't seen any in the forest. I don't know if this was a spiritual message or if it was something fucking with me.
