i'm sorry you have to go through this:(( i relate a lot, i wish i was just miserable all the time instead of going through the entire spectrum of human emotions in the span of a few hours. it's exhausting.

You ever tried figuring out why when the switch happens? I get what you mean, it's tough when your mind is always switching up on you. The only thing that truly works is distraction yourself.
