A few months ago, I asked to see the school psychologist, and I completely regret having done so. Now my family has gotten involved in the matter when it is supposed to be my problem and I want to solve it on my own. Visits to the psychiatrist and the neurologist are not helping either. I am thinking of simply stopping going because they do not want to discharge me.
