I would maybe buy 3.

1 for the back of my head, 1 for neck, and maybe 1 for my stomach? I don't know if heat helps a stomach ache but I know heat helps a headache.

I don't know if I will do this yet but I just thought about it.

Feel free to comment what you will do to make SN more comfortable for you.
