i want to leave notes for specific friends when i CTB but i'm not sure how to make sure those notes will be delivered the right way, does anyone have any suggestions?

There's actually a different thread with the same concept that I just responded to as well.
I just email my self with any thoughts , feelings , questions, that my self or others might have. Kind of like an autobiography. And to let them know I'm at ease.
