Yeah but you need only half of the packet.. well 20grams or 25 depending on your weight.
I think you can have it with 100ml water. Need to double check, though most go with 50ml so less to drink.

I think I may make it up plus take some xanax and sleeping tablets coke and alcohol which I've been drinking all
Night. Just took some buccastem... I don't really know to be honest anymore.

You should prepare a backup cup when you make it, so this would make 2 cups of the solution. Even with an AE, the first cup is very likely to be upchucked.
