You should prepare a backup cup when you make it, so this would make 2 cups of the solution. Even with an AE, the first cup is very likely to be upchucked.Yeah but you need only half of the packet.. well 20grams or 25 depending on your weight.
I think you can have it with 100ml water. Need to double check, though most go with 50ml so less to drink.
