I can't discuss things like that. But go to the sticky threads in the suicide discussion and it lists various methods.

There are no otc medicines that will do this.

Please remember this aspect, if you have not already thought of it: organ failure usually is a longer drawn-out affair, and it can be very hellish. Being older I have witnessed folks who have died of liver and kidney failure, and it was horrifying to watch the poor soul languish in bed.

I would never ever wish something of this nature on anyone ever. The one poor soul who had liver failure had their skin and eyes turn yellow and I would stop by to say hi and watch their bodies slowly being poisoned. HORRIBLE beyond words.

Please think of a different method.

Anything that is OTC isn't recommended for ctb, I think that if suicide was that straightforward as just buying an over the counter drug, then there wouldn't be all these endless threads on here about different methods.

Overdoses are just known to fail and lead to more suffering and if there were OTC drugs that were reliable for ctb then they would just get restricted as this society is so anti suicide. Unfortunately there are just no easy answers to leaving this world in a painless way, suicide really is so unnecessarily difficult and if it was easier I would be long gone. All that anyone can really do, is just do their own research to decide what method is the best for themselves, that's the whole point of the site after all for people to make their own decisions, that is why there is a search function that will appear once one has enough posts.

You can't die painlessly by OD'ing on anything OTC. Paracetamol could work but would be agony and could take two weeks to die. Find another method.

Organ failure is very painful and slow so I doubt you'd like to do it. Also, CTB isn't that straightforward so overdosing on anything isn't going to kill you. It's a rather unreliable method so I don't suggest it. There are many threads of CTB methods here and some are more reliable, painless and easier to achieve. I suggest reading those and reconsidering your method to CTB. I hope this helps.

otc drugs would either not work or would be an extremely slow death, either way an extremely painful and horrifying experience.

if youre dead-set on otc drugs, only one i can recommend (out of harm reduction) is cough syrup with only dextromethorphan as the active ingredient. do not use anything that contains acetaminophen/paracetemol, guafenesin, or any other additional active ingredients, because any of them would be incredibly painful and miserable to OD on.

most likely, you will just throw up any otc medicine you try to take before it can be fully absorbed. if you dont throw up early, the closest you'll get to dying is going into a coma. you might not even get that far and could just end up with permanent organ and brain damage and trauma while still being conscious enough to suffer through all of the consequences.
