Discussion I thought I was finally happy

It's been a while since I've posted to this site. A lot has happened since I last visited this site. I got a psychiatrist, I'm on zoloft now, and my life was going so good. Until now, I'll never be truly happy, no matter how hard I try. I don't think I can take much more of being left out, feeling like I don't belong anywhere, the feeling that all of your friends hate you and want nothing to do with you, having said friend say they love being around you but turn around and go to great lengths to hide that they're on a trip without you. Saying they care about you, but when I need to vent to them, they go on and ghost me. I'm so tired of it. I've come to you all to ask you if it's possible to CBT on sertraline HCL. One tablet is 100 mg. Is it possible. I need to know.

Feeling happy is a feeling, and I think even the "most relaxed person on earth" isn't always happy. :/
I think a few criteria have to be met to remain happy for a long period of time.

But we have feelings for a reason; feelings define us. And thats just the weird part. :(

You can't overdose on sertraline, you'll just get sick.

Sorry for your situation, but med overdose is not reliable. You'll probably end in a hospital

Yeah it's been a while since I checked that thread and I took over 400mg of zoloft and im still standing

Overdosing on sertraline is unlikely to work.
