Yeah thats fair. Of what I can remember of my past most of it don't feel like me. Aperantly I do thing. Then idk I just forgot I did them. Its scary but I gave up trying to understand a while ago.
And Also dissociation does suck. Like a ton mine just makes me feel like my skin and face and kinda just body in general aren't synced up in the present moment.
I hope it goes well if u do self destruct and if or when u do leave this world I hope your happy it's at least over.
