Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I already have tinnitus, IBS, depression and anxiety, and the past few weeks I've noticed I have difficulties enunciation certain sounds, it's hard to explain but it's like my mouth forms the sound but I can't actually get it out. It's just with certain sounds too: p, t, and k. It's hardest at the beginning of the sentence, and sometimes I literally can't say something. I need to reword the sentence so I can say it. I can't say "can you pass the salt" instead I need to say "I need the salt please". It's so weird and scary and I don't know what's wrong, it feels like there is something going terribly wrong. I desperately hope it doesn't worsen.

When my anxiety was at its absolute worst, I had the same issue, grew up without a stutter but developed one then. Once my anxiety was actually treated it went away. Maybe you are under a lot of stress lately.
