do you have anti emetics thats the bit im scared of .got to be taking 60mg according to ppeh .
have you taken antiemetic in a large dose before i have never ever taken any thats what worries me .

Because 60mg is a lot especially if you have not taken it before .So i dont know if it will affect me or not .
cant find anyone who has taken that amount either .

possibilty of lots of side effects and esp or whatever its called .

I know of one person who took 40mg total and did fine. They used A's instructions.

just that the ppeh stat dose is 60mg 40minutes prior to N i only want to be taking it the once

They took 2 10mg tablets 8 hours before and then 2 more 30 minutes before.

i just want to take a stat dose 40 minutes prior to taking N like they do at dignitas .
they give 30mg paspartin liquid anti emetic .
dont know if liquid is stronger ,but ppeh says 60mg stat dose 40mins before

No problem. 2 Bottles. I think each of A's bottles are 6.5g, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If you're really concerned about possible extrapyramid side effects of metoclopramide, you can take a combination of domperidone and ondansetron instead.

Metoclopramide is a D2-antagonist and 5HT3-antagonist. The EPS can occur with metoclopramide since it penetrates the blood-brain barrier. Domperidone is also a D2-antagonist but doesn't penetrate the blood-brain barrier as much, so you still get the anti-emetic effects with a much smaller risk of EPS.

Ondansetron is a 5HT3-antagonist, so taking that with domperidone is essentially the same as taking metoclopramide.

If you want to take just a single dose, you can take 40 mg domperidone and 16 mg ondansetron.

Simple Version: take domperidone + ondansetron instead of metoclopramide, if you're worried about side effects.

It depends on where you live. In some countries, domperidone is available over the counter.

Ondansetron is probably a prescription medication in all countries.

ratchet was my first choice, can't manage it because of my disability though. But I think it's better than N, if you can work it.
