Discussion i think i found another SN source.

i'll call them DD. they claim to have atleast 99% purity, and a 5lb bag is only $12 as opposed to the 100g for $100 i'd buy on dmc ($70 on product, $30 on shipping) but i felt like it was way too easy to find and the price is too good to be true. makes me feel as if there's a reason people on here haven't ordered from them. maybe i could buy it and test it to see if it would be suitable for this site? idk. if anyone might have any idea of the site im talking about, id appreciate input.

I think the source you're looking at is advising Sodium Nitrate instead of Nitrite. They used to sell nitrite back in 2019 but was sued by four families and lost the case, thus permanently ceasing the sell of sodium nitrite. Hope this helps.

just went and double checked and it says nitrite. however im not so comfortable source sharing, i may just have to figure this one out for myself. thank you for the reply though <3 those cases also interest me as i feel like as long as proper warning labels are added, i don't see why SN would be more regulated than firearms

Could it be curing salt, pink salt or nitRAte?
All 3 are useless for ctb.

it says nitrite and it says 99% pure, but yea, something's gotta be up with a price like that. thank you!
