I really need help I just feel so bad

I really just don't know how to face this new week where I'll have to deal with this divorce. Every part of me wants to just lay down and die. I already have my ctb planned, but I need to get through this divorce first.

Please help.

I wish diazepam/valium wasn't addictive. It can take the edge off when you have to try get through shit like this. If you're in USA I appreciate it is not easy to get hold of this stuff.
Going through divorce when you're already suffering is just hell.
