I posted a little while a go asking how long it took PPH members to be transferred to the Essentials PPH and since then I have been transferred. I did send them an email today to ask when they would do it. Just to add also, that I am under 50 and have been subscribing to the online PPH for a few years. To transfer to the Essentials PPH, I had to send a video with my ID so I was concerned that I might be refused access because I'm under 50, but it was all ok.
