So basically i found these two ropes home and im wondering which would do a better job at FSH (small 0.5 L bottle for reference)

Recommend rope width is 10-12mm, I manged to pull it off with less. Thicker is probably more difficult since you can't reliably compress the carotids alone and that would be a painful death.

Are they sturdy enough to hold your weight?

How long are they? Can you make a noose, widen said noose, and still have enough rope left to securely attach it to an anchor point?

Yeah thats what i was wondering . If thick is good or nah. Although it would make me feel safer if i go with a thick one cause there is less risk for it to break.
Yeah the ropes are very long even , the issue here is , i wonder if the smaller one can reliably hold me

With the right knots, a thicker rope compresses just fine.
The thicker rope looks more ornamental.
Which one holds knots better?
Are they strong enough?
