Hello, this past week I've been going through a breakup. This breakup has severely damaged my mental health. For context, he was super attentive and affectionate in the first 3 months. But we started getting into constant disagreements. Without going into full details, he ended up breaking up with me despite me being a very good partner because he's aromantic and overthinks too much about me cheating on him. Ever since the breakup, I've gotten physically sick, I cry often, and my job might be on the line. He broke up with me a few minutes before my shift and I started crying in front of customers and had to leave 45 minutes into my shift... I can't sleep at night without thinking of him, I dream of him, I wake up incredibly nauseous thinking about him, I can't eat because Everytime I think about him I feel bad and lose my appetite. I've lost about 7 pounds within a week. I don't even want to think about him but he just crosses my mind. I know I need to give it time to get over him, but it hurts so much. I want to get better, I've been trying to hangout with friends more and keep myself busy but I feel physically sick, how do I get better? Any tips?
