I was all ready to tell someone about my suicidal thoughts, I had an appointment with my university mental health support worker and I was going to tell him. I want to do it tonight and I'm scared. But he didn't even show up. I just sat there looking stupid for an hour. I feel abandoned by the one person that was helping me. I trusted him. I can't take it.

Maybe, my thoughts always jump to he just doesn't want to see me because he doesn't like me or he just forgot about me.
I think it was worse just because I'm having a really hard time right now and ive started to rely on him so when he didn't show up I just panicked.
I drove into the countryside and sat in my car and cried for a few hours, but I feel I but better now. I'm just going to be panicking till he gets in touch with me now. I hate my brain. Thank you for your kind words, maybe it was just something he couldn't control.

Yep, I rely on him now, which I don't know if that's a bad thing or not, but it really does hurt. Thank you, and thanks for the hug, one to you too:hug:
