I need help picking a method

I'm planing on CTB by the end of this month or next month and I'm having trouble deciding what method I should go with at first I was thinking about slitting my wrists but I've heard that has a low success rate, my next idea was hanging but if I was to do that method I would have to do it outside my house there's nothing in my house that I could hangmyself on so I was thinking maybe in the woods at a dog park near where I live but that also comes with risks of people seeing me and I was thinking maybe if I did it at night it would lower the risk of me being seen but idk if that's a good idea.

I really don't know any other methods that I could possibly do please help

Sadly, suicide is extremely difficult and there's not much I can offer. Wrist cutting has a 2% success rate and is more of a self harm method than a suicide method. Hanging is also very difficult and painful and if you are found there is a high risk of devastating permanent damage. SN, the token method of this forum, has lost its main source and was very difficult and convoluted anyway. The only two methods I would even consider for myself at this point would be firearms or jumping, and firearms are not legal here. It's definitely understandable that you want to ctb, but there isn't much I can do to help. Suicide is just too difficult now.

Wrist cutting isn't effective unless you're in super specific circumstances which is unlikely at best.

Hanging is very painful if you don't do full suspension which is extremely hard to pull off and can have permanent damages if failed.

The site does have good resources and you may see a lot about SN which right now is under question.

B) Peacefulness
C) Legality
D) Safety

There's no perfect way to CTB as there isn't enough information to support such a claim. I think theres a resource megathread where you can do your own research there.

I was thinking about firearms but it would be almost impossible for me to get my hands on one and jumping would be extremely difficult for me to do there isn't that many High places I could do that from the only place I can think of is a 4th story parking lot and that's not high enough. I hate how difficult it has become to ctb. Thank you though

if you have something to hang yourself with and a good chunk of time alone, you could try partial suspension from a door, or if there's a window you can use, you can maybe try jamming one end in and closing it, or something like that. take a look at the hanging megathread (https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/how-to-hang-yourself.1183/)

there's a lot of information of the site about partial, and it allows you to practice before fully committing, but be warned there's still a lot that could go wrong. when you get more posts on the site you will eventually unlock the search function, which might help you look for more specific information.

Sadly there is just no straightforward way to exit this world, if I had a decent answer to this I know that I would be long gone at this point. Unfortunately we exist in such an anti suicide society where suicide methods are either risky, inaccessible or just horrible. It's just the reality and it's why I'm still trapped here but I hope that you find the freedom you search for.
