Help I need a method

I can't do anything with carbon monoxide or any sort of gas, and I don't want to go and buy any sort of pills/substances. Other than hanging, are there any other methods that a relatively painless? I'm not at risk of found for at least 3-4 hours. And in terms of hanging, what could I use other than rope? I don't have any.

I think we're not allowed to give advice. There are other methods like train racks done properly, jumping from a very high place. Gunshot if you have access

I get why you say this. Technically this my preferred method but I've bought no supplies and very afraid it won't work. But many accounts of this, especially in Asian countries where the setup seems like it would never work. So I agree but not sure that's correct.

Yeah, the biggest problem is the fact I have no supplies, since I don't have a burner, or anything to burn. I also don't have an enclosed space for this to work, and if I do it that way, it'll probably sound off some alarms and it'll be stopped.
