I'm a trans women in Israel and I just want to die already I can't take it anymore, I want something that will just kill me where I don't have to make any preparation, I have no access to the stuff in those complicated methods and I just want something that doesn't need preparation and will kill me. What can I do? I need help I'm so desperate at this point I'm afraid of surviving.. Can I just take a bunch of pills that I have? Will that do it? Any help?

I'm sorry you are struggling.

But you can't ask other users what to do. Its against our rules plus is seen as assisted suicide in almost every country.
