My physical health is getting worse... I have a regular backache..... eating less and when I eat anything I get a stomachache.
My mental health is no better... i can see my brain going crazy making mistakes in regular chores. It isn't easy for me to accept that as I was considered a smart person in my youth.
My sleep cycle is messed up and I can't make it right.
I picked up study challenge and I don't think I'm able to continue it.
I'm feeling anxious .... I'm scared... I'm lonely... I'm feeling cold...
I think nothing can improve at this moment, I want to leave.. i don't know how ...I'm going insane ..

Hi, are you male or female. I'm just wondering. Life is really hard. Best thing is to distract yourself with netflix or oversleep. That's my advice. You can PM whenever you want to :)

Physical health problems on top of mental health problems can wreak havoc. Especially back pain is very crippling. What do you think is the cause of back pain? Is it stress, or some injury? Is there any way it could be fixed?
Maybe you put too much pressure on yourself with your studies? I'm sorry you have to live in this agony. I also feel that way too many times throughout the day. In fact I just got tears in my eyes after reading your post and seeing so many similarities to my own situation.

I know the feeling. I have physical health issues too and they made my lifelong depression worse. The body can feel literally like a prison. Nobody should have to suffer this much, we all deserve peace. I wish you the best.

Sitting for prolonged times can definitely affect your posture and back. Maybe adjusting your position and adding some pillows on a chair would help? You should take frequent breaks, stretch a bit, walk a bit. Don't overwork yourself. It's admirable that even in this situation you still manage to work and study. But it should be about balance, so you don't put too much strain on your body. Allowing yourself to take some rest when needed will make you more productive at work.
