I already get a slight adrenaline rush when I jump out of a helicopter in a video game. Jumping as a method would be completely impossible for me. Probably the case for most people.

I'm not sure I would ever be able to choose jumping as a method because of the SI personally. I always feel really uneasy in high places aswell.
