I don't get all of these successful tourniquet and compression cases I've been reading about, because I just tried this and it resulted in nothing other than me being able to hear my heartbeat louder in my ears and mild discomfort. I really don't understand..


I tried again with an improvised tourniquet with a string and idk if I'm just not tightening it enough but nothing really happened...

I used to try it a lot, also tried partial..
But those methods are rare to succeed.

I know tourniquet is rare, but lots of people manage partial..
Does anyone understand how many turns of the tourniquet would provide adequate pressure?
