Story I just threw up

I was testing whether I could fast for 12 hours for CTB with SN.

I woke up feeling a bit dizzy and unwell.
I drank some water and a few minutes later I threw up, I didn't eat anything but I threw up anyway and it was horrible, my throat burns a bit from the stomach acid.
As soon as I finished vomiting I asked myself if I could drink a second glass if I vomited the first one and I couldn't.
I didn't swallow the antiemetic because I don't have it with me yet.


I'm afraid of vomiting while drinking SN, even with the antiemetic, and not being able to drink the second glass...

Are you diabetic? Do you have blood sugar issues? Also, you only need to fast for 8 hours. What meal did you have before you fasted?

I'm afraid that fasting for 8 hours won't work because my metabolism is slow.

This could be it. Eating something with protein could help keep you more stable for longer.
