Is there something keeping u here? It's ok to not be ready.I slept with my gun under my pillow just so I could ctb. Several times woke up and did the same as you. If your not ready your just not ready.

It's totally alright not to be ready. ctb is not something to be forced, it should be done only when things became really unbearable and suffering surpasses the coping abilities of a person.
