Venting I just lost nearly all of my Mental health treatment providers

I live at a apartment complex that offers mental health support. Pretty much everyone besides one person pretty much quit recently And I got news the other week that my therapist that I was seeing will be leaving in the next two weeks as well. I'm in a really Dark place from all this.

This is just kind of an impossible situation and I feel like I'm all on my own. I don't have any friends or family I could talk too, They all respond pretty negatively.
