  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Ah shit man! Do you live in a place where wealfare is an option?

What's your resume like? Could you find work again?

It's a horribly helpless feeling to lose your aource of income and fear the worst as a result. Stating the obvious I know. Just saying I feel you man! Been there and I just know.

Even worse when you're low on motivation and health. When I had my health, things of this nature would kick me into overdrive to get shit sorted but if it happened to me now I don't know how the hell I could manage. Its terrifying and I live in a place with welfare.

I would say eat, get sleep and come up with a plan. First of wgich should be to look for any support available in youe community. Churches often to food packages ans know of crisis teams that can help you in the shell shock period. It's not pwrfect but there are various resources we never hear of until we're in need. Maybe they'll even find a way to help you rent if that's an issue. Hope yoy have some family you can leab or something

Best of luck man. We're here to listen to you vent, offer you crap advise and remind you you're not entirely alone.

I'm sorry that you are in this situation. I know that it is awful when things just get worse. This life really is so cruel and unfair. I wish you the best and I hope that you find relief from your suffering.

So sorry. It's awful to lose a job. I'm stupid and have lost most of the jobs I had.

Do you have any talents. Like can you draw or do any crafts. Like could you put your hand to making things?

Atisan stuff is reepopular now. Unusual furniture and items that a re quirky but functional can go for really big money. I know motivation is tough to find. The costs are miniscule compared to the potential earnings though. Man, I've seen a simple set of draws turned into a whole new item with some paint and wallpaper. Perhaps a couple of unusal handles added. It's a simple example but sold (and similar items continue to sell) in the hundreds. It's pretty rewarsing work on a personal level too to be fair.

Pinterest is an ideal placw to get inspiration for colour schemes and ideas.

If it's unique, niche or quirky and has a food fiinsh you can sell it for a premium. Doesn't even need to be hard or long work to make.

Of course it helps to have a few tools at hand already but you can work within your means at first.

I dunno. Just a though with minimal barriers to entry and it always feels nice to say "I'm self employed" or "I'm running a little business". Good way to meet people too. Charity stores are a good source of cheap items to upscale and there are often craft fairs you can join. They're no longer the places of moth eaten cardigan wearing oldtimers (not that I have a thing against them) but you may find a few annoying hipsters lol.
