do you mean your carotid, or the 'sweet spot' that gets mentioned a couple times in the night-night megathread?
finding the carotid sinus is very simple. it's literally just the spot where your pulse is. the 'sweet spot' however, seems to be more challenging. it's very small and needs to be compressed perfectly at the correct angle on both sides. if you only get it correct on one side, but leave the other side unblocked, it won't work. I've been practicing finding it for the last couple days and so far i've only managed to get it once (you'll know when you get it right btw, you'll be on the verge of passing out in literally seconds).
anyway, although i haven't tested it, logically you don't need to get it perfect during the attempt. the beanbags cover a wide surface area. i would assume that as long as they're in the correct general area, it would work?
