Not really 'painful' in the traditional sense if you follow the protocol, but it is definitely uncomfortable. What is a few minutes compared to the endless suffering of existence?

Yes you will most likely vomit even with metoclopramide. Metoclopramide is not here to completely prevent you from vomiting, but to make sure that enough SN gets into your system before you vomit it up. And its a very bad idea to do it at home while your family is present (you mentioned your mother hearing you)

you should not "play" with SN. Either you drink it all and you're sure about the consequences or you don't if you're not sure and/or have doubts.
