Doc told me almost 3 months ago I won't live long because of how underweight and weak I am, and that I look like I have cachexia. I'm below minimum BMI and lost half my weight. I have tons of undiagnosed chronic diseases and no money to treat them causing me constant unbearable pain. Also everyone says I won't survive Xanax withdrawal since I've been taking it for years and I take double of max dose which is 20mg a day. I have no house or family. I never had my own room or a single meter to myself, my family won't help me even if u cry in agony or collapse in front of them. I also have infinite debt and they'll try to put me in prison. I do not care about continuing existence. Don't care how much it hurts or what method it is. I will surely not make it to the end of this month.

That sounds so horrible what you've been through, it's just so cruel to me how there's all this extreme suffering in existing. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope you find the peace you search for.
