Brushing your teeth is the most important part of self care by far :( all self care can be ignored and cause no permanent damage except with your teeth. I found that keeping a toothbrush + toothpaste on my nightstand helped me. Usually when I remember to brush my teeth its as im about to go to sleep and the last thing I want to do is get up and go to the bathroom so I just brush them while I am in bed :)

Could you buy mouthwash at least? Not that it's a substitute but, it's something. Honestly, my hygiene is also starting to slip but, I remind myself how much I hate pain and need to avoid it, so I force myself to do the minimum.
