I have only gotten words with self harm and my eating disorder and with my birthday coming up I am feeling terrible and more suicidal than ever I think

These pants were a bit tight not to long ago now are too big

I am cutting more often and deeper now
I still haven't done my wrists since I'm still playing along with *recovery* so that I don't worry anyone
