You can post your thoughts and people from the community will engage when they are online if your thoughts are relatable to them or if you need any help one of them will reply. You can also start going through the existing posts and interacting with people. You can search for methods if you want to look for different ways. You can look into the recovery forum if you wish to get better at life..
As far as sharing your thoughts is concerned, feel free to talk about anything here no one will judge you for anything.
If you want to make your life better, you can look into some of my posts like telecult power, telepathic mind control. Their title is deliberately kept like that to create sense of mystery and mysticism around them.

At your age, conversation ought to be easier. You still have so much to think about beyond your own personal problems. You can formulate theories about life, existence, past events, the present, and even the future. In my case—being over sixty—I can't imagine having a real conversation about anything. I would have nothing to say other than stating my own certainties. Old age is the loneliest stage of life.
