I lost my friends after my psychosis episode and I have no one to talk too now. I was alright for a year without talking to anyone but now it feels like I'm going insane.

it's the same shit when people say "go to therapy" or "why don't you get on medication". A lot of the time even if there is good intent and logic behind the statement, it's often just a delegation of responsibility since people are not emotionally equipped enough to actually step up and be that support circle.
But to OP ngl I know how that is. I recently just got off a 2 year ghosting time in my life in which I wasn't talking to anyone aside my roommate, and even then I was scarcely talking to him. Sometimes it felt bearable but there were those times where it's really damn lonely and emotional.
Hope you're hanging in there :(. Life sucks and people suck even more. But we are unfortunately social creatures and that absence is sadly noticeable.

You're still a new member, but once you post enough posts, you'll be able to dm others. You can hover over a profile to see if you can start a chat or conversation. Those options are next to follow and ignore.
In group therapy, as I've noted elsewhere... they repeatedly ask you about your support circle, your friends or family or significant other, who do you have for support, neighbors, etc... then when you tell them you have no one, they say you need to be self-sufficient.
They don't have the answers. They just like to pretend they have the answers.
