A Saturday night in September 2028.

I graduate in August 2027 so after that I have a year of just preparing for my CTB, throwing things away. Thinking. Some relaxing. Getting things in order. I'll have a clear head and no stress.

It kind of sucks that I have to wait 2 years but I think this is a really responsible way to make my decision. I'll be 26 years old when I die. Wow… I didn't think I'd even make it that far.

I feel very happy that I finally have a date and plan almost fully ready. It's safe and full proof.

I know how you feel, my date is in less that 4 weeks and I feel such relief knowing I finally have a way out.

I'm using the word informally. The word fullproof is used in informal writings.

It means "full of proof, completely reliable".

I don't think sanctioned suicide is a formal place of writing, so I will continue to use the informal word.

Not meaning to rush you into anything, but if you want to die anyway, why graduate and go through all the other hassle that will be totally irrelevant when you're dead?! I don't get it.

Or is this just a possible way out if things don't play out your way those next 2 years.

I can only CTB in late summer once it's gotten a little cold outside. Since I'm doing a forest CTB I need to dress male for safety and the easiest way is just wearing a big jacket and a beanie.

Also spring time doesn't have enough coverage because the leaves on the trees haven't grown back.

So I could CTB in September 2027, but it doesn't give me enough time to fully get things in order. (I can't do this September because I have a family vacation in November).

CTB is kind of hassle to plan and I can't fully plan it while I'm studying in school, it's just too much.

I need more time to plan, study and get ready for my CTB.

It also allows me to see if life is any different when there aren't any stressors in my life.
