i am 42kg M ,
i have 1mg/ml Midaz , 5ml - 3vials ,so total 15mg midaz, i can get 5-10ml more if required.
have total 200mg of rocuronium, 100mg per 10ml vial
1. i have a digital pdf of procedure MAID CANADA and accordingly i was thinking ;
To take 5-6mg Midaz, and then 200mg rocuronium .
Q1. can i PUSH 20 ml (200mg) Rocuronium in my cannula in one go from a 20ml syringe? how many seconds should i take to push 20ml safely .?
Q2. can the process be somewhat peaceful ? or how would the suffering be or what/how would i feel , will it be painfull or will i feel like drowing? if u can please describe it somehow i would be great for me . thanks

- i was thinking to empty a NS 100ml bottle and then fill it up with propofol and then use it with IV set , ill hang the bottle from ceiling so gravity does its work, after preparing everything and just after starting my drip , should i take 10-20ml propofol stat? i'll be in deep sleep i guess and the drip will gradually/slowly be doing its work.
Q2. How much time does a normal gravity drip takes to infuse 100ml through 22G AND 20G?

5-6 mg midazolam is used as an anxiolytic in Canada's procedure. It is like premedication. Anesthesia induction dose of midazolam is 42 * 0.35 = 14,7 mg for you but if I were you, I'd make it 30mg.

You can push 20 cc in 10 seconds with 22g cannula on the large vein but this will be really fast. You can push it in 15 - 20 seconds with normal speed easily.

This depends entirely on the depth of sedation that midazolam provides. With propofol or thiopental you will be in deep coma but with midazolam? I don't know.

My answer will be 2 * anesthesia induction dose for a guarantee. So 30mg but still not guaranteed.

Yes you will be gone for sure with 200mg rocuronium. If someone find you and unless a healthcare professional with an ambu bag finds you, you have no chance of survival.
You don't need 1000mg of propofol with rocuronium. You need 2 * anesthesia induction dose of it. So 42 * 2,5mg(without premedication) = 105 mg. 200 - 210 mg bolus dose of propofol is enough for you. This dose can give you minimum 5 min of surgical depth of sedation. Plan is that simply.
1- Inject rocuronium first in 20 seconds.
2- Inject propofol in 15-20 seconds. You have 15-20 seconds after start pushing.
3- Complete deep coma at thirty-five or fortieth seconds. Rapid onset of apnea due to propofol. This may last for 1 minute. Desaturation begins.
4- 60-90 seconds. Diaphragm muscle failure due to rocuronium.
5- Minute 5. 0% saturation.
6- Death in 6-10 min.
You need bolus dose of propofol not infusion.
