I have become a really fake/phony person

I go to uni every single day and fake laugh and smile with my project partners, even though I dont trust them whatsoever and I have a general dislike for others. I talk to my dad everyday as if Im not going to die. Ive been fake most of my life and as I get closer to my ctb date, I feel like Im going crazy. I want to be honest but how can I do that without getting thrown in an institution*

Me too. When I was younger I started noticing other people doing this and it freaked me the fuck out. Then I started doing it myself. The labyrinth is a digestive tract.

I don't know if it's normal though but I'm still sensitive to when people close to me do the same. It's kind of maddening.
