So I was looking for some SN on my local online shops, and most that I could find are just food grade ones. It's mostly just 0.9% are the only ones I could see. Idk what to do anymore :(

Yea those purities aren't good enough sadly. You need 95%+ purity SN at least. You going to have to try find the harder to find sources if you want SN that is useful for ctb.

Yeah, it's sadly the case. I did find ones that are mostly technical grade, but it's extremely expensive. I prolly should've just stolen some from my school laboratory a few months back lol since I rmb doing cerimetry with sodium nitrite. Well, I don't know how pure that is but I think it was an AR grade SN.Similar threads
