I have a dream (Hope island)

How feasible would it be if we collected donations from all pro-choice and pro-suicide people all over the world, to find a deserted island somewhere that is not claimed by anyone, even a 1000 SQM sandy island would be good, we build a small house on it and we declare an independent nation on it where people from all over the world would come for assisted suicide and suicide by humane murder (as it would be legal in our independent country).
I am willing to work on this for real, open to suggestions, donations would fund the travel of people to the island and methods, as well as water and food sourced from main lands.

The nation would be called Hope island, cause it would be the only hope for so many people.

remember that the best inventions were only crazy ideas at first mocked at by many, thought that its impossible by the majority.

To proclaim a new state and an independent nation it needs support from other existing states, in the best case all of them. But as there are no unclaimed land masses (islands) I doubt that many states would agree to that.

I doubt that all mini islands are claimed, there are even ones that are undiscovered yet, i'm talking about very very small islands, like 500 sqm.
We don't need recognition, only a claim and an announcement, this would give us the right to defend ourselves

That's right! But to become an independent nation it needs ratification in the UN and from as many other states as possible.

Upon further into looking this, Sudan is one of those places where suicide is straight up illegal, you can go to prison for 1 year for an attempt, and Egypt is proposing to make it illegal, that seem to be their way of combating rising suicide rates…

It's a good idea, like self-termination clinics. The problem would be that some would have "moral" conflict about assisting in one's death. Another problem is life-warriors attempting to siege it and "save" people. I agree with you, basically. I laugh at the human moral compass that wouldn't assist in suicide, yet won't help the person either. Humans are demons. And their stupid.
