• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Yesterday, my sisters and I invented respective countries and explained their policies. My oldest sister had a right wing democratic government and the other one a meritocratic totalitarian government.

I tried explaining to miss totalitarianism that there should be financial and health aids, but her argument was that my country would soon be in bankruptcy and that she would invade it with her powerful army.

Why is that? Why are humans like that?
Why do we always want more and more and more, when the only thing we should be happy about is be with one another?
it's so depressing.

personally, i see humanity's never ending desire as a double edged sword. we're here today because those before us wanted, and their efforts culminated in better quality of living and technological advancements. it's going to be our downfall as well, when our desires for more outweigh any logic and we end up burning ourselves out as a race, or a world, or whatever will happen to end us.

its sad, but at least we get this time with each other. maybe it wont be enough in the end, and we'll always want for more, but at least we got something. hopefully this helps a little :)

There's so much we rail against that is biological, and so much that is social conditioned. What a mess we are.

You never hear a narrative of "as a species let's maintain but all reflect and work on ourselves and our communities" it's always keep pushing which is what creates more.slave camps and suffering.

because our body and mind are just a torture cage. Even if you got everything you want, you still wouldn't be happy and would find a way to be uncomfortable with your new reality.

Exactly! If something intentionally created us, it must really hate us
