Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think some people who aren't suffering sometimes forget how painful life can be, or are ignorant of what others may be going through. They may not have the ability or knowledge to offer any help, but they might be the kind sort who feel obliged to try. So, they offer platitudes and cliches that sound helpful, to them, but sound annoying as hell to those who are suffering. What else can they do?

In a world short of kindness, perhaps we should be more charitable to those who at least try. It isn't easy to get it right. But it's easy to criticise, isn't it?
